Van Conversion



  • Insulation: Rubberized underlayment floor insulator and rigid insulation foam for the ceiling with mineral wool and 3 in 1 underlayment with vapor barrier insulation.
  • Paneling: 1/4″ wood wall paneling with Shiplap ceiling. Fabric wrapped rear and sliding door pillars.
  • Floor: Loncoin though the van with aluminum trim and a partially enclosed step with cubby-great for shoes or dog leashes.
  • Fixed loft-style bed platform with headboard with surface mount L track on walls
  • 6″ King sized memory foam firm mattress cut to size. interior mesh wrap sewn to size. 
  • Split kitchen galley with storage and a drivers side closet, passenger side cabinet to have (2) shelves on cleats so client can adjust height if needed.
  • Cabinet faces to spalted maple 
  • Acacia live edge butcher block countertop for split galleys
  • Table with Lagun table mount with Acacia live edge butcherblock
  • Two bench seats with storage for composting toilet in front seat.
  • Airhead composting toilet with 1gallon liquid bottle
  • Vitrifrigo 3.2 cu ft refrigerator in the color black
  • 10  interior ceiling puck lights with dimmable switches
  • Maxxair 10 speed fan with waterproof shroud.
  • 120V filtered underbody fan with dynamic temperature control
  • Webasto diesel cabin heater mounted underneath passenger side seat with Smart Temp Controller
  • CRL T-vent windows on the driver side and the passenger sliding door.
  • 200 amp hour LiFePO4 lithium battery bank with built in battery management system, connected to alternator with battery separator; master disconnect switch.
  • 2000 watt pure sine AIMS inverter.
  • 2x 60 cell solar panels (approx 740+ watts solar total) , Victron solar charge controller, and Victron smart solar battery monitor
  • 60 amp battery charger with 15 amp plug in.
  • Fiamma mechanical F80S awning.
  • Custom welded low clearance steps on both driver and passenger side
